When do I get an Order Confirmation?   You will receive an Order Confirmation
page, after you send the Order and then there will be a human confirmation by
e-mail.

When will I receive my Order?   We ship by UPS or FedEx to the U.S.  It usually
takes 3-5 business days (this excludes weekends). If you do not receive your
Order within  7 days, let us know so we can put a trace on it.  In Canada we ship
 Express  Post. We will advise. In Ontario  1-2 days.......B.C. can
take up to 3-5 days.

What if I am not happy with my Order?  We have a Exchange Policy only...No Refund.
You can exchange for wig for equal value, if exchange is of less value the difference
will go towards a credit on your next purchase. If of greater value, you pay the
difference. You would be responsible for Shipping back to us and the Shipping returned
to you. See our  Exchange Policy.

Do you send out Catalogues?  No. For us to remain competitive and give you our best
prices, we will not send out catalogues, but we will supply them upon request with
your Order.

Can I receive my Order Quicker?   Yes. There is Next Day Delivery by UPS, in the
U.S. the Cost is approx. $27    In Canada, it depends where you are, e-mail for quote.

How do I put on my Wig?
The two ear tabs must be centered, the wig should sit  at your natural hairline. It should be worn behind the ears, not over them. Pull the nape of the neck all the way down. Tuck excess hair behind your ears. Always tease the front of the hairline down towards your face and trim bangs if needed. Basically, tease the hairs in the direction you desire.

Can the wig be made bigger or smaller to better fit my head?
Yes, all wigs can be adjusted to fit your needs, by tightening or loosening the
 Velcro tabs, located in the back/bottom of the cap. If your wig is still too large,
 secure it with bobby pins.

Will wearing a wig ruin my natural hair?
Wearing a wig will not damage your own hair!

 Do I need a wig cap?
Some women feel more comfortable wearing a wig cap for security reasons. A wig cap can also be used to control long hair that needs to be secured back. 

Can I send in a hair sample for you to match my color?
Yes, we would be most happy to match your existing color. Make sure the swatch you send is
1/2 inch by 3 inches.  We can also match any companies colors, we crossmatch to the closest color possible.
