Wigs 4 You Ordering & Exchange Policies
Please read the following before placing your order!
        **WE HAVE AN  EXCHANGE ONLY POLICY - NO REFUNDS**
It is very important that you understand the terms and conditions that you are Purchasing a wig under. We do not want to waste your time and money, nor ours. Although it is our #1 priority to give you the best SERVICE possible, we must both adhere to the following policies. If you do not agree with any of the conditions on our site, please do not use it. We are always here to help you, e-mail or phone us regarding any of your concerns before Ordering so we can make you feel confident about your purchase. 

Exchange Policy

  • Sometimes you receive a wig and it is not the color you thought, no problem.....You may exchange your unworn merchandise for greater or equal value. If the replacement is of greater value, you will be charged for the difference in If choosing a less expensive item for exchange, there are no refunds for difference in price but you may include styling products or other accessories of your choice to make up the difference. You are responsible for all S&H charges. If your original purchase was $86.00 + $12.95 S&H you will receive an exchange credit of $86.00. If your exchange order is a wig for $86.00 you will be charged $12.95 S&H charge. Returned merchandise must be in saleable condition, unworn and undamaged, in the original packaging with tags still attached. If there is any discrepancy the Wig will be returned. Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order. There is a $10.00 restocking fee on each item exchanged. No more than 1 exchanges allowed from one original purchase.
  • Before returning your item for exchange, you must request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) via email from manestreethair.com . Your RGA request must include your Order # Your name, address and phone number (email address helpful, but not required) Brand, style and color of the item you're requesting as a replacement. Invoice number from the receipt you received with your wig. No returns will be accepted without an RGA. The RGA number must be enclosed along with the item upon return.
    You can exchange one time only.
  • Important: We cannot process your exchange without the invoice number from your receipt, so please keep it in a safe place in case you need to make an exchange.
  • We reserve the right to limit the number of exchanges.
  • Authorized returns to Wigs 4 You/ Mane Street Hair must be shipped freight prepaid and (this is IMPORTANT) marked as 'Returning Canadian Goods'  on the Green Declaration Sticker (ask your Postal Rep.) If you need further clarification, give us a call 1 877 529 2444. Collect shipments will be refused. No handling charges will be accepted by Wigs 4 You/Mane Street Hair. All returns must be received by Wigs 4 You/Mane Street Hair  within 10 days from date of receipt of wig.
  • If you are going to Return the Parcel via a courier (UPS, FEDEX etc). it is essential you get in touch before doing so, for the Shipment will not be accepted, until we give you specific instructions on how to return this way.
  • Where returns are accepted for product defect, Wigs 4 You/Mane Street Hair will reship the same style and color at no cost, with prepaid freight. Any freight reimbursement will be based on the least expensive method of shipment. As stated above, an RGA is required.
  • Claims for damaged shipments must be filed directly with the carrier.
  • Due to State/Provincial and Federal Health Department Regulations concerning matters of hygiene for personal use items, absolutely no refunds for wigs or hair additions can be made.

    Please be advised that we do not and can not take responsibility for COURIERS deliveries. They make mistakes like everybody else. It is our job to find out why and correct the problem. We usually require somebody to sign for a UPS or Express Post shipment. If an item is not in stock, and you have requested an Accelerated Service  (ex. NEXT DAY DELIVERY), you will receive it from the day we ship. We will always notify you of this problem. Ex. If you requested NEXT DAY DELIVERY and we could not shipment until the following day, the Shipping Charges will remain the same. For you are still getting it next day from us.. This problem arises from time to time, because of stock not available, shipment not arrived, to late in the day for UPS to pick-up. You must Order before 12:00 noon for Next Day Delivery.
